STEP 4- DEVELOPED DESIGN
Finalise the concept and develop to complete design. The design and construction documents are built as a 3D Archicad model. This model can be exported in a client/builder friendly format (BIMx) that can be viewed on your mobile device.

Consider potential design strategies and basic planning
STEP 2 - ESTABLISH PROJECT PARAMETERS
We will discuss project detail and parameters with you in order to create a project brief.

STEP 5 - PREPARE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Prepare for building consent and pricing. I work with any consultants/trades that might be required during the design process. I'll also respond to their requests to clarify any information that I have provided in my documents during construction.
STEP 6 - APPLY AND OBTAIN BUILDING CONSENT
This is the final step of the process, after this you’re good to go and the remainder of the build will be monitored with regular visits.
