WHAT I DO

1. Establish project parameters with you.

   • Project detail discussed to create project brief.

2. Develop conceptual design strategies. 

   • Consider potential design strategies and basic planning 

3. Developed design. 

   •  Finalise concept and develop to  complete design.​

4. Prepare Construction documentation. 

   • Prepare for building consent and pricing.​

5. Apply and obtain Building Consent. 

6. Periodic site visits.

The design and construction documents are built as a 3D Archicad model. This model can be exported in a client/builder friendly format (BIMx) that can be viewed on your mobile device.

I work with any consultants/trades that might be required during the design process. I'll also respond to their requests to clarify any information that I have provided in my documents during construction. 

HOW I CHARGE

The total architectural fee is fixed at 6% of construction budget + disbursements, invoiced incrementally at the completion of each stage 1-5 of the process. Additional services provided are charged hourly.
